Bobby Rodriguez

Bobby boasts over 25 years of expertise in the Title and Escrow industry. His extensive career has seen him collaborate with three of California’s most prominent title companies – Lawyers, Ticor, and Stewart – primarily in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Bobby’s role not only encompassed overseeing the day-to-day county operations but also included the construction and management of a Statewide production facility.

In 2009, Bobby played a pivotal role in the establishment of Title365, which swiftly rose to become California’s largest Title Agent before its acquisition by Stewart Title. During his tenure at Stewart Title, Bobby facilitated the amalgamation of Title365’s market share with Stewart’s, consolidating their position as one of the top three title companies in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

In his brief three-year stint as the Los Angeles and Ventura County Division President at California Best Title, Bobby orchestrated an impressive transformation, elevating their resale market share from the twenty-sixth position to a remarkable seventh.
